1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using KLOI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

KLOI operates on a subscription basis, billed either monthly or annually via our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the KLOI macOS application.

72-Hour Refund Policy: You may request a full refund within 72 hours of your initial purchase for any reason. To request a refund, please contact support@kloi.app.

3. Fair Use Limits

To ensure high performance and reliability for all users, KLOI subscriptions include generous but firm fair-use limits on AI model usage (including chat turns, dictation minutes, and translation characters) per billing cycle. These limits are outlined in your Account dashboard. Accounts that consistently exceed these limits may be required to upgrade or may face usage restrictions. We do not permit the use of automated scripts or bots to access KLOI APIs.

4. AI Outputs and Reliability

KLOI uses advanced artificial intelligence to generate text, code, translations, and analysis. AI is probabilistic and may occasionally produce inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it in professional or critical contexts. We make no warranties regarding the absolute accuracy of AI responses.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use KLOI to generate illegal content, harass others, reverse engineer our application, or bypass our subscription and licensing mechanisms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
